Representatives from seven states met with EPA to discuss potential changes to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The following is a summary of that meeting.

Research shows that children with a history of maltreatment are 25 percent more likely to engage in antisocial behaviors and to suffer from mental illness.
