The Webcast offered a broad perspective on the current landscape and issues relating to children and mental health. It also provided examples of states' efforts to innovate and reform the children's mental health delivery system. The administrator from Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Pam Hyde, presented her vision for SAMHSA and its relationship with states, as well as her state experience as the mental health director in New Mexico.
