The NGA Center co-hosted a meeting for states interested in learning more about evaluating school principals. This was a join meeting with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) and the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). The state teams learned from experts and researchers and shared information across states. Topics included the use of multiple measures to evaluate principals, state approaches to evaluating principals, the need to evaluate principals, and principal evaluation tools.
