EXPERTISE

Duties: Directs research, policy analysis, technical assistance, and resource development for the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Division, which provides information on best practices affecting environmental protection, renewable energy, community design and federal facilities. Currently, the division conducts analysis of state and federal policies relating to air quality and greenhouse gases, transportation and land use, housing and community design, energy infrastructure, energy efficiency and renewable energy, water and coastal resources, brownfields, military bases, cleanup and stewardship of nuclear weapons sites, and working lands conservation.
