The National Governors Association (NGA) and the Council of State Governments (CSG) presented a webcast to provide an overview of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, review critical state activities and discuss various state approaches to maximizing the economic impact of funds available to the states and describe approaches to managing the funds to meet federal requirements.
