The State Alliance for e-Health (The Alliance) met for its semi-annual conference. Key topics included implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and continued efforts to ensure the privacy of health information. The Alliance also unveiled a report prepared for them by the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Health Policy and Research titled Public Governance Models for a Sustainable Health Information Exchange Industry. The report was written in collaboration with the National Opinion Research Center and the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices.
