The National Governors Association Center for Best Practices announced the second webcast related to the Fostering Connections Act (click here to view the first webcast). This webcast brought together experts to discuss the education provisions in the Fostering Connections Act to assist states in making informed implementation decisions. This webcast provided a detailed overview of the education provisions included in the Fostering Connections Act and an update on the national efforts to support implementation. The webcast also highlighted Pennsylvania, a state that is moving forward with implementation of these provisions by engaging education, child welfare, and the advocacy community.
