Policy Analyst, Health
Myra is a policy analyst on the National Governor’s Association health team. Before NGA, Myra worked at the National Association of Attorneys General as a Paralegal and Content Coordinator for the Center for Tobacco and Public Health. During this time, she assisted Attorneys General on enforcing the Master Settlement Agreement, a legal settlement to prevent youth uptake of smoking through public health research and communications. Myra has worked on policy and litigation topics such as e-cigarette marketing, menthol, and tobacco imagery in media.
Myra attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Science in public health with a concentration in health policy and management.
