Cross State Convening: Leveraging Workforce Investment Strategies to Improve the Early Care and Education Workforce

The National Governors Association Center for Best Practices (NGA Center) hosted the Cross-State Convening for the Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) Workforce Project to provide an opportunity for state teams to hear from experts in the field on issues related to the early childhood workforce, allow state teams time to explore specific topics related to the early childhood workforce and to work with one another on common early childhood workforce issues in a peer learning environment.
