Katherine serves as a program assistance in the NGA Center for Best Practices Health Division, where she focuses on issues related to rural health care workforce, telehealth and behavioral health care. She also provides administrative support on various projects.
Prior to joining NGA, Minnes previously worked as a research intern for targeted HIV/AIDS intervention at the State Training & Resource Centre in Mysore, India.
Minnes holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with minors in Global Health and Inequality Studies from Cornell University.
