Teresa Little

About

Teresa Little is a native Idahoan. She was born in Weiser, Idaho to a family in the cattle and sheep ranching business. As a Delta Gamma, Teresa graduated from the University of Idaho in 1976 with a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Education and minors in Science and Physical Education. She later taught high school courses in Oregon, the year following graduation.

Teresa and her husband, Governor Little married in 1978 and raised their two sons Adam and David in Emmett, Idaho. Looking back over 40 years of marriage, Teresa remains grateful for the opportunities she has had as a mother of two sons, homemaker and wife, as well as the unlimited opportunities for a willing volunteer in their community and state.

Teresa is grateful for the relationships and friendships she has fostered with many Idahoans during her lifetime, and believes it is an honor to be Idaho’s First Lady.
