Michelle Blakeslee

Policy Analyst, Homeland Security & Cybersecurity

Michelle Blakeslee serves as a Policy Analyst for NGA Center Homeland Security & Cybersecurity program. She works in support of a portfolio of projects centered on homeland security, cybersecurity, foreign malign influence, emergency response, and disaster resilience.

Prior to joining NGA, Michelle served for 6 years as a Cryptologic Language Analyst in the United States Army and was stationed in South Korea and Hawaii. Michelle supported a variety of mission sets within the Asia-Pacific region, including ones related to illicit trade and counter-proliferation. In these roles she was tasked with transcription, translation, and intelligence reporting as well as the creation and implementation of a job qualification standards program.

Michelle received her Master of Science in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Security Policy from The George Washington University.
