KEITH H. MILLER was born March 1, 1925 in Seattle, Washington. Governor Miller served with the Army Air Corps in World War II. Public offices include: Member, Alaska House of Representatives, 1963-64; Secretary of State of Alaska, 1966-69; Succeeded to office of Governor in January, 1969 to fill vacancy created by resignation of Governor Walter J, Hickel. He was a member of Lions Club, Elks, and Moose Lodges, and American Legion.
