Jeff Cook

Jeff Cook is an attorney, specializing in personal injury, domestic relations and corporate cases, in Hagatna. He is a board member of the American Red Cross of Guam and previously served as the Guam Election Commission’s legal counsel. He and his wife, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, have two children, Joaquin and Mariana.
