National Governors Association Leadership Extends Best Wishes to President and First Lady After COVID-19 Diagnoses

WASHINGTON – New York Governor and National Governors Association Chairman Andrew Cuomo and Arkansas Governor and NGA Vice Chairman Asa Hutchinson issued the following statement:
