At the National Governors Association 2020 Winter Meeting on February 8th in Washington, the premiers of five Canadian provinces joined Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to share best practices in infrastructure renewal. Premier Francois Legualt of Quebec, Premier Blaine Higgs of New Brunswick, Premier Scott Moe of Saskatchewan, Premier Doug Ford of Ontario; and Premier Jason Kenney of Alberta all stressed the cross-border trading relationship and shared infrastructure with the United States. #WeTheStates
