Prenatal to Age Three Learning Collaborative 

January 7-9, 2019 | New Orleans, Louisiana 

NGA Center Education Division hosted its Integrating and Advancing State Prenatal to Age Three Policies Learning Collaborative in New Orleans, Louisiana. The event brought together national experts and representatives from 15 states to discuss issues and challenges in the area of prenatal to age three policies. The sessions highlighted innovative models for a comprehensive prenatal to age three policy agenda, systems of prevention, home visiting, quality infant toddler child care, data sharing and quality and financing models. The learning collaborative provided the opportunity for a diverse group of state leaders to learn from one another about existing efforts to align and coordinate supports and services for infants, toddlers and their families.
