State Strategies to Improve Energy Resilience through Distributed Technologies

Energy systems face increasing pressure from natural hazards, physical threats, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Implementing distributed energy solutions such as efficiency, distributed generation with storage, and microgrids, in addition to robust planning and coordination, can support a more resilient and reliable electric grid. This webinar will highlight recent examples of how governors and state agencies, in partnership with electric utilities and local communities, are responding to these threats. Each panelist will reflect on successful resilience applications and highlight best practices that states across the country can consider implementing.
