Cybersecurity

John Guerriero serves as a Senior Policy Analyst with NGA’s Cybersecurity Program, where he supports governors’ staff and state policymakers on issues related to state cybersecurity policy and strategy, including governance, cyber workforce development, incident response planning, state and local partnerships, critical infrastructure security, countering disinformation campaigns, and election resilience and cybersecurity. Prior to joining the Cybersecurity Program, John was a part of NGA’s Economic Opportunity Division, where he focused on registered apprenticeship and state work-based learning programs and led NGA’s technical assistance on the American Apprenticeship Initiative. John holds his master’s degree in public policy and bachelor’s in political science from the University of Michigan.
