Kimberly Hauge

Senior Policy Analyst
Economic Opportunity Division

Kimberly Hauge serves as a senior policy analyst for the Economic Opportunity Division of the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices, where she works to identify and promote innovative      policy and practice in developing a talent pipeline of skilled workers. Her key focus areas include work-based learning and apprenticeship, supportive services for individuals with barriers to employment, and talent pipeline funding streams.

Before working at NGA, Kimberly was program officer of the American Institute for Contemporary German Studies at Johns Hopkins and a consultant for the Center for Educational Research and Innovation at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

Kimberly received her M.A. at the Political Science Institute of Paris and her B.A. in political science and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kimberly originally hails from North Carolina.
