Michael Bonino-Britsch

Michael Britsch serves as a human services policy analyst in Economic Opportunity for the National Governors Association’s Center for Best Practices. In this role, he supports work with Governors’ staff and state leaders to strengthen social service programs and delivery systems. His areas of focus include integrated data systems and two-generation policies.

Prior to joining NGA, he served as a policy analyst at Employ Milwaukee, the workforce development board of Milwaukee County, where he supported the expansion of job training activities in Wisconsin and the coalition building efforts of Midwest Urban Strategies.

Michael earned a master’s degree in public affairs from the Robert M. La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin—Madison and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Santa Clara University.

Michael originally hails from the great state of California.
